Take Headhunter Calls

Early in my career, a boss advised me to keep an updated resume and take headhunter phone calls.

I thought, "Oh crap. He doesn't think I'm gonna make it."

Know your options. Options are power.

I appreciated much later how he was truly helping me keep a pulse on the market and my value.

I hope you do too. If you find something more attractive for your next, best move, great. If you stay the course, you do so from a position of strength, not inertia.
