We start with core values in The Me-Suite.

My core values are:

  • Every person interests me. I seek to see situations from the other person’s point of view. To understand why people think and feel as they do. What motivates them. Why we may agree or disagree. To learn and explore. To connect the dots.

As your executive coach, I listen. I help balance aspirations with practicality.

  • Options are freedom. Options give us the right, not the obligation, to take an action. To stop, start, continue doing something. I personally seek education and career opportunities to build options. I prioritize physical and financial health to build options. I seek relationships that nurture my sense that everything is possible. Freedom allows us to be fully invested in the decisions we make because we make them freely.

As your career coach, I help you create options.

  • We each deserve equality, fairness, civility. You and I don’t have to agree, but we each deserve to be heard and understood.

I respect the individual and what we can learn from each other.

  • The healthier we are, the more options we have. It’s that simple.

As both a certified executive coach and health coach, I help clients prioritize wellbeing.

  • I believe no one accomplishes anything alone. I humbly recognize that privilege has played a significant role in my achievements.

As a coach, I am grateful for clients trusting me with their unique stories and goals.
