Charisma Matters

Charisma and Executive Presence in The Me-Suite

As a former professional actor and senior executive, I coach leaders on the nonverbal cues of Executive Presence. Scientists call nonverbal cues "social signals," our gestures, expressions, and tone. We experience social signals as a measure of charisma.

Social signals that are proven predictors of an executive's success include:

--physically showing enthusiasm

--conveying positivity

--making eye contact

--creating optimal physical distance

--inviting others to speak

--really listening

Your powerpoint slides and your words are not enough. A coach can help.
