Candor Isn't Always a Good Thing
Candidly, we need to think differently about candor. Too often in my coaching practice, I see high-performing, confident executives shaken by someone’s irresponsible directness.
Candor does not mean you say whatever is on your mind–in whatever way you want to say it–in front of whatever people you want–whenever you choose.
Candor requires kindness and respect.
