It's National Etiquette Week. I'm reminded of the top question I get in my coaching practice.

"How do I nurture my network in an authentic way?"

• Be there--congratulate, support others in their moments that matter (hint: simple likes and shares are a great place to start)

• Be relevant--share ideas, articles, introductions that support others' interests (hint: when you see something that reminds you of someone, act on that, let them know)

• Say thank you, often

• Make more deposits than withdrawals (hint: this isn't about keeping tabs; it's about having a mindset of helpfulness)

So, network. There is nothing we accomplish truly alone. Nothing.
